The Come Hell Or High Water album cover is Greg Jarvis's adaption of Aubrey Beardsley's 'La Beale Isoud at Joyous Gard' from the art nouveau artist's illustations for the 1893 book, Le Morte d'Arthur. Originally designed for use on CD, the image was entirely redrawn by Linzi DeBeau for blowing up to LP (and now) poster size.
The Flowers' Come Hell LP was one of six with Berdsley-influenced artwork that were included in the Tate Britain's 2020 exhibition of the art nouveau pioneer's work (others displayed included The Beatle's Revolver and Procol Harum's debut). The Flowers' album artwork was also included in the exhibition catalogue as an example of Beardsley's continuing 21stC influence on counter-culture art. Incidentally, the group's performance at the Tate for the art show's opening night occured less than two weeks before pandemic lockdowns began.
The image is also available as an 24x36 poster,, and available on a hand stretched canvas stapled to a 1 inch thick wooden frame at dimensions of either 18x24 or 24x36

The Flowers Of Hell are a trans-Atlantic space rock orchestra made up of 16 or so independent musicians based in Toronto and London.
