The Outlanders compilation cover was inspired by the obscure Beardsley-influenced art nouveau arttist Robert Balfour's illustrations for the 1920 book, 'The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam'. The image on this poster was created under Greg Jarvis's art direction for use as artwork on this 2020 collection of Flowers Of Hell's rarities.

The Flowers Of Hell are a trans-Atlantic space rock orchestra made up of 16 or so independent musicians based in Toronto and London.
